Welcome to our new wiki site designed specifically for Piney Orchard Elementary Staff!
There are so many new technologies becoming available to educators today. The challenge is finding the time to learn how to use them effectively. That is why I've created this wiki to be a resource for all of us to access and collaborate on from school or home throughout the year.
Some of you may be wondering, "What exactly is a wiki?" Click here. Wiki Definition

From time to time I will be adding ideas/strategies/directions for how to integrate technology in the classroom. But since this is a wiki, I also want you to be able to add your own ideas and questions so that we can collaborate together. No sense in creating something when someone else has already done it. If technology is a little overwhelming for you, it might help to be able to ask questions from colleagues and see how others are doing it. And by the way ... don't worry about accidentally "messing up" the wiki, because I can always go in and edit any mistakes. ;-)
